BULWORK™ FIRST IT/ ITES Recruitment Agency in Bulgaria is looking to recruit for one of our most prominent clients - a Leader in Delivery and Customer Service Area for their office in Sofia:


Your role will include:

• Accept and resolved customer issues in a timely manner in DANISH language
• Manage relationships with customers to ensure clear written communication including documentation of incidents, demonstrating effectively resolutions of technical problems
• Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality support.

Main requirements:

• Fluency in DANISH language
• Good command of English language
• Good oral and written communications
• Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Exposure to working in a team environment
• Prior working knowledge on the products being supported (Windows OS; Exchange Outlook 2003/2007 etc).
