DANISH SPEAKING SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Your role will include:
Accept and resolved customer issues in a timely manner in DANISH language
Manage relationships with customers to ensure clear written communication including documentation of incidents, demonstrating effectively resolutions of technical problems
Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality support.
Main requirements:
Fluency in DANISH language
Good command of English language
Good oral and written communications
Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Exposure to working in a team environment
Prior working knowledge on the products being supported (Windows OS; Exchange Outlook 2003/2007 etc).
